UltraZyme® is a specialized blend of naturally occurring bacterial cultures, enzymes and micronutrients that are effective as seed or as maintenance cultures for the biodegradation of a wide range of municipal and industrial organic wastes.
When wastewater treatment facilities are struggling to meet discharge limits and potentially at risk of receiving fines, UltraZyme® can be employed as part of the treatment program to optimize biodegradation performance and reduce excessive organic loading.

UltraZyme® is environmentally friendly; formulated with the highest count of specialized beneficial microbial cultures to significantly boost biological activities. The blend of naturally-occurring microbial cultures and enzymes has been selected for the ability to effectively digest/degrade high concentrations of organic matter within the water column; reducing hostile factors that are detrimental to the health and life cycle of both fin and shell fish.
UltraZyme® can be used for different types of wastewater treatment systems including: Activated sludge systems, Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBRs), Rotating Biological Contactors (RBCs), trickling filters, lagoons and septic systems. UltraZyme® can also be applied at various stages of the treatment process (e.g. lift stage).
Available in a highly concentrated powder form. To use, mix the prescribed amount of UltraZyme® with warm water or wastewater directly from the system to be treated and apply directly into the system.
