Construction was completed on July 1, 2006 of an 11 km. stretch of road that is the single source of access to the surrounding crops to the local farmers and community. This EarthZyme road is now the lifeline for all farmers in this area. The farmers previously had trouble navigating the road due to its harsh conditions that consisted of rutting, washboarding and massive amounts of hazardous dust. Now that EarthZyme has been applied the road is hard and smooth and the farmers and residents nearby no longer have any trouble using their older equipment and vehicles on the once troublesome road. Seen below are pictures of the road before, during and after construction, showing the significant difference that has been produced. The farmers now have a safe and durable road to use to access the valuable crops seen in the pictures below. As a result of this professionally certified project, all roads built in Turkey now must meet EarthZyme specifications that are legislated by the government due to their proven success and economic importance.
